* Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment being received. Peak seasons may cause minor delays.
* Standard delivery after dispatch: 1–3 business days (allow an additional 1–3 business days for rural deliveries).
* Delivery estimates may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or rural locations.
* You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. Risk passes to you upon delivery to the nominated address.
* Signature-required delivery is available upon request to reduce the risk of missing parcels.
