Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

* We comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.

* If your items arrive damaged or incorrect, email info@honeyboxstudio.co.nz within 48 hours of delivery with

your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

* Custom/personalised gift boxes cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.

* Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 4 business days.

* Change-of-mind returns are not accepted due to the nature of our products.
